Dynamic Customer Profiles
If you already use DCP to build audiences, personalise or access this data with other functions, you’ll love this feature.
Instead of having to look at the current data in the Javascript console, you can now simply have it displayed directly in Moppi. You will now find another block in the visitor tab for this purpose:
Of course, you can only see this data if you have activated the professional mode. It then shows you the following information for each table of external attributes that you have created in your Optimizely project:
- The table Id
- The customer Id, which is used to connect the data to the visitor
- A list of attribute Ids and there current values
This way you can check the current status quickly and easily at any time.
And not only you can do this, but also everyone who reports problems to you. This colleague can tell you with a few clicks which values are in his or her customer profile. In this way, you can help directly without elaborate explanations.
Bugfixes
Since version 1.5.0 there was a problem with the active tab when switching from Simple Mode to Professional Mode. This has been corrected and now works perfectly.
In the course of this, it was also made possible to adjust the preferred view mode in the options of the extension.
Who was Gaia?
Gaia is the personified earth in Greek mythology and one of the first deities. Her name is of Indo-European origin and possibly means the bearer. Her equivalent in Roman mythology is Tellus.
In Hesiod’s Theogony, Gaia emerges from Chaos as one of the first deities. Her siblings are Tartaros, Eros, Erebos and Nyx. For the Orphics, Hydros (water) is the primordial deity from which, according to their conception, Gaia emerged as the only deity without fertilisation. The mythographer Hyginus names Aither and Hemera as Gaia’s parents.
In Hesiod, Gaia gives birth to the Titans, the one-eyed Cyclopes and finally the hundred-armed Hekatoncheirs. The father hates his children, so he keeps them hidden in Gaia (in the hollow of the earth) and rejoices in his deed. Gaia thinks of a ruse, she brings out the unbreakable grey adamant and makes a toothed sickle out of it. Then she calls on her children to rebel against their father. The Titan Kronos is the only one to follow her. When Uranos approaches Gaia full of desire, Kronos cuts off his sexual organ with the sickle and throws it away. The blood flowing from Uranos’ wound impregnates Gaia and she gives birth to the giants, the Erinyes and the Melian nymphs.
